“Sustainability as a Guiding Principle in Farm Management”
We have to talk about food sectors and food systems responsibilities for a fast growing world population. About conflicts between varying objectives: Feed the world today, but do not destroy the preconditions of a zero hunger world tomorrow. Both these major challanges have to be coped with on the farm level resp. by well educated, responsible farmers in the end.
